On the possibility of variation of gravitational effect

At realization of various experiments, investigators sometimes found out interesting effect – change of weight of rotated mass or change of weight of subjects located above rotated mass. Attempts of other investigators to redone these experiments were usually failed. It is connected to insufficient study of the factors, which can influence on such change of weight. The present article is devoted to determining of such factors.
